Elmwood Avenue in Lafayette is closed starting on or about Monday, October 3, 2016. The closure will be until February. This closure is part of a large city stormwater initiative, and will include installing a 60” sewer pipe under the intersection that will tie into an existing pipe located at 27th Street. Please use caution in this area and watch for signage. Plan your route and allow extra time for increased traffic. Thank you for your patience as we work to improve city-wide stormwater efficiency.
