Are you a novice runner who would you like to achieve increased personal fitness through running? Or maybe someone who used to run, got away from it, and now wants to achieve a healthier lifestyle through the sport? The Fall Into Fitness Running Series is just the program for you!
This 10-week program will focus on the basics of running, developing fundamentals and confidence, as well as avoiding injuries. Under the supervision of a certified running coach, participants will develop running skills and learn about the excellent running trail system that Lafayette has to offer.
Program Dates: August 24-October 30, 2015
Registration: Opens July 29, 2015
Location: Various park trails throughout Lafayette
Fee: $25/individual; $40/couple; $50/family (couple + up to 3 children)
