*Please note: All past due bills would need to be paid before signing up for service. Our office will inform you of any past due notices you would be responsible for.

COVID-19 NOTICE: 

Our office is experiencing higher volumes in applications and service requests. We ask you to allow 1-3 business days for us to process your application. We will contact you at your preferred method of contact you indicate on the application. If your water is off, please contact our office at 765-807-1100 after submitting the application. Thank you for your patience.

Application for New and Existing Residential Customers 

Renters will be required to have a signed lease and 2 forms of identification. In addition, there will be a $12 application fee and $20 deposit due when signing up. Homeowners will need to provide proof of ownership via closing statement or warranty deed. For all owners, there will be a $12 application fee billed to the first statement. If you are a new customer owning a home, we will need 2 forms of identification.

If you are renting or leasing a space, we require a signed lease and 2 forms of identification from the representative. There will be a $12 application and $35 deposit due when signing up. If you are owning, we require proof of ownership via closing statement or warranty deed. There will also be a $12 application fee billed to the first statement. New owners will need to provide 2 forms of identification.
