At approximately 1405 hours on Friday January 8, 2016, the Lafayette Police Department responded to Hudlow’s Cleaners, located at 901 Kossuth Street, regarding a reported armed robbery. A white male, approximately 5’8” tall, wearing a sock hat, blue jacket and jeans, demanded money and presented a weapon. The suspect left the business in an unknown direction, with an undisclosed amount of cash. The suspect and money is outstanding at this time. No party was injured in this incident. The investigation is ongoing.
