[ARCHIVED] Large Fight on Briarwood Dr

At approximately 3:14am on the above date, officers with the Lafayette Police Department responded to the 1700-block of Briarwood Dr in reference to a report of a large fight. Upon arrival, officers located numerous subjects involved in the altercation. During the incident, one suspect discharged a firearm and two subjects were assaulted with a knife. After the subjects at the scene were detained, the following arrests were made:

Lawra Essance Dewitt (19 years old and of Lafayette)
- Battery with a Deadly Weapon

Cassidy Marie Reynolds (21 years old and of Lafayette)
- Disorderly Conduct
- Battery

Donte Romone Frazier (27 years old and of Lafayette)
- Battery

Phillip Anthony Williams (24 years old and of Lafayette)
- Trespass

Gabrielle Dominique Barley (23 years old and of Lafayette)
- Resisting Law Enforcement
- Disorderly Conduct
- Battery

Braxton Michael Vessels (18 years old and of West Lafayette)
- Resisting Law Enforcement

17-year-old male
- Disorderly Conduct

During the investigation, the firearm and knife used during the altercation were recovered. No injured persons or damaged property was located from the discharging of the firearm. The two victims that sustained stab wounds were treated for non-life threatening injuries. All adult subject were transported to the Tippecanoe County Jail.
