Boo at the Zoo is a lasting annual community tradition,” said Jaime Williams, President of Friends of Columbian Park Zoo. “We enjoy putting on this wonderful family event for our community and seeing all the families dress up and have fun!”
This family-friendly,“spooktacular” event, brought to you by the Friends of Columbian Park Zoo, is geared towards pre-school and elementary-aged children and features fun games, a nightly kid’s costume contest at 7:30 PM, face painting, pumpkin carving and the Enchanted Train Ride. In addition, there will be live entertainment and the Wild Tykes Play Zone Rides will be open. Concessions will be available to purchase.
“Boo at the Zoo is our largest annual fundraiser,” said Williams. “Money raised at this event is used to fund a wide variety of improvements for the Zoo.”
