Check Well Being Investigation

On May 3rd, around 1:40 am, The Lafayette Police responded to a check well-being complaint in the 100 block of Lori Lee Drive.  Officers arrived and spoke to the caller, who reported concern for his female roommate, who was missing.  Officers observed signs of a struggle and initiated protocols to search for the female.


The female, was located in the Indianapolis area and is currently being treated for injuries at an Indianapolis area hospital.  Lafayette Police detectives are currently conducting an investigation to determine what occurred.  There are no further case facts to release at this time.
