 Child Pornography Investigation Arrest

On August 31^st, 2017 the Lafayette Police Department arrested Joshua Kelp (33) for Child Exploitation and Possession of Child Pornography.  Kelp was transported to the Tippecanoe County Jail.

This investigation was a cooperative effort between the High Tech Crimes Unit (HTCU), Tippecanoe Prosecutors Office, and the Lafayette Police Department.  The collaborative efforts from all agencies involved were instrumental in this investigation.
