    Star City Crossing will have the sidewalk closed on the East side of 5th Street between South Street and Columbia Street, sidewalk will also be closed on the North side of South Street between 5th Street and the Alley just West of City Hall for the construction of a new building.   2. Walking trail closure & construction of new drives @ CR 430 S & S. 18th St 4/4 to 12/30

    Kettlehut Construction will be installing temporary construction drives and eventually the installation of permanent new drives for TCPL South Branch Library. Closure locations approx. 50' of walking trail North of CR 430 S to the West of roundabout at intersection with S. 18th Street. Approx. 66' of walking trail on the West side of S. 18th Street to the North of roundabout at intersection with CR 430 S. from 4/4/19 to 12/30/19. Closures will be at construction drives for new South Branch Library. Existing walking trail will be removed and stone construction drive utilized until permanent drive paving and new concrete sidewalk can be installed late summer or early fall.
