    January 9, 2021, 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM

There will be a quick temporary closure at the following intersections to demo the smoke stack on the Arconic property. Earl Ave. and State St., Earl Ave. and Main St., Main St. and Mc Carty Ln. & Main St. and Sagamore Pkwy. This will be 1/9/21 at sunrise. With the assistance of LPD, the above mentioned intersections will be blocked for approximately 15 min. Steps are to close roadways 5 min. prior to demolition, then after stack has been dropped, inspect roadways for any debris. Then open up roads. They do not expect anything to impact roadways. The main reason for the road closures is to stop anyone driving by that may be more interested with the stack coming down and not watching their driving.
