Lead Parking Technician
Before working for the City Of Lafayette, Billy worked in the private security field as an officer trainer, shift supervisor, and administrative coordinator with experience in the industrial field and government complexes. Billy has a bachelor’s degree in Public Finance Management from Indiana University. Billy has been with the City Of Lafayette since the city decided to bring parking in house at the start of 2014. He has brought his expertise to help make the downtown parking environment a safe place for pedestrians and vehicle traffic while enforcing the City ordinances in a fair way to promote available parking for those who work downtown and for customers and patrons of the various downtown establishments.
