Our office is experiencing higher volumes in applications and service requests. We ask you to allow 1-3 business days for us to process your application. We will contact you if we need additional information or to confirm your application has been processed. If your water is off, please contact our office at 765-807-1100 after applying. Select one of the following applications below:

Residential Applications

Renters/Buying on Contract (New and Existing Residents) - If you are renting or buying on contract, select this application. This includes existing residents with service in their name.

Buying/Owning (New Residents) - If you are purchasing a property, and you are new to the City of Lafayette or you have never had service in your name. 

Buying/Owning (Existing Residents) - If you are purchasing a property or already own the property, and you currently have service or have had service in your name in the past. 

Commercial Applications

Renting/Buying on Contract (New and Existing) - Businesses that are renting, buying on contract, or have had a name or EIN change.

Buying/Owning (New) - Businesses purchasing or already own a property. If you currently have service and the business name or Tax ID has changed, complete this application.

Buying/Owning (Existing) - Businesses purchasing or already own a property, and currently has service or have had service under the same business name or Tax ID. If the business name or Tax ID has changed, fill out Buy/Owning (New) application.
