J. R. Kelly will be closing the sidewalk on the West side of Main Street from Kossuth Street to the intersection at Congress Street. Also, closing the sidewalk on the South side of Kossuth Street between Main Street and 20' West of 23rd Street. J. R. Kelly will completely close the intersection of 23rd Street and Wallace Street just North of the old Osco parking lot (New Loeb parking lot). Traffic control barrels will be installed on the South side of Kossuth Street starting just West of 23rd Street and extending to Main Street to allow replacement of curbs and walks as needed on the South side of Kossuth Street. They will install barrels along the West side of Main Street from Kossuth Street to Wallace Street. This does not close a lane but will channel traffic away from the edge of the sidewalk to protect workers. Temporary short term lane shifts will vbe needed during portions of this project.
