McAllister Recreation Center offers children ages 4-5 an opportunity to familiarize themselves with sports through the Sporties for Shorties program. The program was designed to introduce the basic fundamentals of soccer, t-ball, flag football, and basketball through fun and exciting drills. Each program ends with each child receiving his/her first team jersey and participating in a live game!
Sporties for Shorties Basketball focuses on introducing participants to basketball fundamentals such as dribbling and shooting.
