Looking for an activity that’s more than just a fitness program? Clear your mind, strengthen your body, and touch your spirit with Shari Gass. Yoga combines asanas (physical postures) and pranayama (breath work) to achieve flexibility, strength, balance and calm. A range of classes are offered to best fit each student's needs. Private and semi-private lessons are available on request.
