J. R. Kelly Co. will have the following sidewalk closure at Loeb Stadium from 8/15/19 through 11/30/20. The sidewalks on the East side of Main Street and the North Side of Wallace Avenue will be closed adjacent to Loeb stadium through the end of the project in the fall of 2020. Sidewalk Closure and street closure in front of 1007 Main Street for construction of new restaurant. This will be from 11/13/19 to 8/31/20. Long term closure of sidewalk is needed to construct a new 2 story restaurant. At times they will have to close parking and limit traffic to one lane during concrete pours, large deliveries and utility work. Flagmen will be used when traffic is limited to a single lane. “Milestone Contractors will be closing the North bound lane of 36th Street between South Street and Union Street. This closure is for roadway improvements and this lane closure for the first phase will be from June 29, 2020 to approximately August 13, 2020. There will still be access to local businesses but they must be accessed from the south bound lane off of Union Street. The detour is South Street, Sagamore Parkway and Union Street. Rieth Riley will be closing Main Street from the centerline to the right of way between 10th and 11th street. Westbound traffic on Main will have one lane of travel west. Eastbound traffic will be closed from 9th street and Main to 11th and Main. Follow the detour for (Eastbound main) going North on 9th to Ferry going east to 11th and going south to Main. The west side parking on 11th will also be closed. They will also be closing the NW, SW, SE corners of Main Street & 10th street and 100' west of the NW corner and SW corner of the intersection of Main and 10th will be closed too. Beginning on or after 8/4/2020, Bowen Engineering will be performing a lane closure on the south lane of Columbia Street between N 8th Street and N 6th Street. N 7th Street will be closed south of Columbia as well. This closure is expected to last until 8/12/2020. Columbia Street will be closing at 7th Street Starting at 12:00 pm Friday August 7th until Monday August 10th. Large trucks should detour at the Main & Columbia Street split down to 3rd Street.
