The City of Lafayette has been recognized locally and nationally for numerous awards and distinctions. Well-known publications including Forbes and Money Magazine have ranked Lafayette favorably among its peers according to their select demographic and economic measures. Lafayette has also earned many lesser known, yet no less meaningful, awards from state and local agencies such as the Indiana Parks and Recreation Association and the Greater Lafayette Chamber of Commerce. We believe these awards recognize Lafayette's progressive, pro-business environment, as well as its vibrant culture, community, and citizens.
